This service package was designed for organizations that require sustained support. OakTree can place a network engineer onsite at discounted rates on a monthly basis. The rates for the OakTree Focus© Service on a monthly contract rate are discounted by about one third compared to the OakTree Express© Service rates. This allows a cost effective plan for organizations that need regular scheduled service. The plan is billed on a per unit basis instead of an hourly block of time.

  With this plan you benefit from the charge on a per unit basis, which allows for significant discounts on our hourly rates. We do not require you to purchase blocks of time. With OakTree, you do not risk paying for time you never use.
